Hästens 10X in Action in New York
From September 3-5, the Hästens 10X In Action Meeting took place at the JW Marriott Essex House in New York City, USA. Our Head of Sales alongside esteemed Hästens partners and employees from around the world gathered in the Big Apple for an unforgettable three days, focused on our 10X growth target and fostering dynamic collaborations.
At the event, we unveiled exciting updates to our product lineup, including the new Hästens Herlewing, drēmər, Marwari, and Appaloosa. We also provided an outlook on future products. These new offerings reflect our unwavering commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and our mission to meet the highest customer expectations.
The agenda was packed with insightful training sessions and fireside chats featuring key stakeholders such as our new Chief Design Officer, David Lee Hatchard, iconic designer and artist, Ferris Rafauli, Sleep and Well-being Advisor, Dr. Chad Eldridge, Dr. Edie Perry, and Dr. Bogdan Matei, along with other valued Hästens partners and employees. As a surprise guest, tennis champion and entrepreneur Maria Sharapova joined one of our dinners for a fireside chat with Chief Customer and Marketing Officer, James Aschberger.
The sessions explored a variety of topics, including Hästens’ approach to our value drivers and inspiring people, strategies for achieving 10X growth, creating positive activists, and the future of Hästens’ training initiatives. We also delved into our marketing strategy, unveiling new materials and walking through the key tools for digital mastery.
On the second day, we had the pleasure of touring a few of Hästens’ best-performing stores worldwide, all located in New York. This included a visit to our newly opened NoMad store, offering a hands-on experience and valuable insights into the future of our retail strategy.
The three-day event was a fantastic success, filled with lively discussions, knowledge sharing, networking, and plenty of laughter.
