MCAST Interior Design Students Visit Our Showroom
We recently welcomed MCAST Interior Design students to our showroom for an insightful walkthrough led by Julian, Head of Sales at Form, and Sara, Head of Interior Design at Draw. The visit provided a closer look at some of the most prestigious brands in the industry, including Bonaldo, Rimadesio, Molteni&C, Hästens, and Kave Home.
Exploring Innovation and Design
As the students toured our showroom, they gained a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship, materials, and design philosophy behind each brand. Bonaldo’s bold and artistic furniture, Rimadesio’s sleek architectural solutions, and Molteni&C’s rich Italian heritage all showcased the importance of innovation in interior design.
Highlights of the Visit
Bonaldo impressed the students with its dynamic and contemporary designs, demonstrating how functionality and aesthetics can coexist seamlessly. The brand’s use of innovative materials and fluid shapes resonated with the students, inspiring them to think creatively about space and furniture integration. Similarly, Rimadesio’s precision-engineered architectural solutions, including sleek glass doors and modular storage systems, provided a glimpse into how modern interiors can be both elegant and practical.
Molteni&C stood out for its deep-rooted Italian craftsmanship, showcasing timeless furniture pieces that blend tradition with modernity. The students admired the brand’s attention to detail and use of premium materials, highlighting how high-quality design elevates interior spaces. Hästens, on the other hand, introduced them to the luxury of sleep, explaining how natural materials and meticulous craftsmanship create the perfect sleep experience. Lastly, Kave Home demonstrated how stylish, well-designed furniture can be both accessible and trendy, offering smart solutions for contemporary living.
The students also explored the lush leather and fabric sofas by Natuzzi, testing the technology behind the latest Mindful sofa mechanism. This hands-on experience allowed them to understand how design and comfort merge in luxury seating solutions.
Then, venturing off to our Kitchen Expo, they discovered three exceptional kitchen brands, each boasting beautiful design, superior finish, and a range of customization options. This segment of the visit showcased the importance of kitchen aesthetics and functionality, further broadening their understanding of interior design possibilities.
This visit was an invaluable experience for the students, allowing them to interact with high-end design and gain inspiration for their future projects. We look forward to continued collaborations with MCAST and supporting the next generation of designers.
