Earth tones, textures & inspiring harbour views – AG Advisory’s new office

The new 375m² office for AG Advisory was designed to reflect the firm’s focus on advisory services within the yacht and superyacht industry. The goal was to create a sophisticated yet approachable workspace that balanced functionality, flexibility, and a professional aesthetic.

The design features a neutral palette accented by navy blues, a nod to the firm’s nautical roots, symbolising trust and reliability. Earth tones and suede tan panelling provide warmth, while Bordeaux accents and premium finishes such as marble, leather, wood, and designer pieces to elevate the space.

Modular furniture solutions allow for future growth, ensuring adaptability as the firm evolves. We delved so deeply into the project that we also developed the firm’s brand identity, including its logo and corporate colour palette.

Our design response aimed to retain the integrity of the existing renovations while injecting warmth, playfulness, and a strong sense of brand identity whilst balancing commercial functionality with emotional connection. It’s a project that reinforces the power of product and its thoughtful placement to reshape the atmosphere of a space.

The design approach was rooted in storytelling, allowing the original ceiling to lead the narrative of the space. Warm, earthy tones

anchor the ground floor, creating intimacy and referencing the land, while the first floor adopts lighter, cooler hues inspired by the sky, establishing an inverted colour relationship between the two levels.

Art and texture were integral to the concept, from upholstered seating and layered wall finishes to site-specific artworks by local artists that animate the space. Attention was given to every element of the dining experience, from the bespoke tables you sit at, to the crockery the food is presented on, and the uniforms the staff serve you in, ensuring a cohesive environment where no detail feels accidental or out of place.
