After Sales & Customer Care Representative
Form Ltd in Malta is seeking to employ an experienced After Sales & Customer Care Representative to join their team on a full-time basis. S/he will be responsible for overseeing the post-sales experience and related logistic duties.
*The vacancy is only available to candidates already living in Malta and already in possession of a valid working permit where applicable.
Key duties:
- Being responsible for efficient and professional customer service;
- Continually updating the client on the process flow of their orders;
- Handling all client queries and complaints; and,
- Ensuring timely and efficient follow-ups with clients who require an after-sales service.
Requirements:
Applicants who have a can-do attitude and who are able to work on their own initiative will be prioritised.
The chosen candidate must be efficient, committed, and reliable with a flexible work approach.
Excellent phone and email etiquette in both English and Maltese as well as customer service skills are a must.
